Product Description
The Raspberry Pi "In & Out" Hat allows you to easily add input triggers to your display, while also providing 2 buffered & fused pixel outputs, plus DMX! This board is an evolution of our popular Input Extender Pi Hat.
All you have to do is connect the Pi Hat on top of your Raspberry Pi, and you have access to local terminals to connect input triggers & pixel outputs. You can also use this board to DOUBLE your input triggers by connecting an Input Extender Node (not included). This board provides 6 local input triggers + optionally 6 additional input triggers on any connected input extender nodes, for a total of 12 distinct inputs.
But wait, theres more! By supplying 12V to the hat, the on-board 5V 2A power supply eliminates the need for any additional external power supplies for your Pi.

Convenience
I used this board plus the PIR sensors to make a photo station light up (triggered the pixel pattern to light up and the PAR light to come on to keep the photo from being a silhouette). It made the project quite easy to complete. I also use one of these as my portable pixel lab because it's compact.
